The employer required employees to wear half-face respirators throughout their shift, while  mixing AMX 400 Portland Lime Sand Mortar Mix.  The employer's respiratory protection program did not include provisions for medical evaluations and fit-tests.  Abatement documentation is required this item in accordance 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
