29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i)-(ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established an implemented for required respirator use: Job Site located at 351 Mettel Road Aurora, IL 60506: On or about February 15, 2021 through February 24, 2021 the employer did not establish and/or implement an adequate written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i)-(ix). The employer required employees to wear half-face respirators throughout their shift, while mixing AMX 400 Portland Lime Sand Mortar Mix. The employer's respiratory protection program did not include provisions for medical evaluations and fit-tests. Abatement documentation is required this item in accordance 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

The employer required employees to wear half-face respirators throughout their shift, while mixing AMX 400 Portland Lime Sand Mortar Mix inside building.
