29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At jobsite located at 3746 Lakeway, Wichita, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet from the roof to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized.  Titan Contractors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1484120, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/02/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 368 S 143rd St E. Wichita, KS.  Titan Contractors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1343416, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/19/18, with respect to a workplace located at 6322 W. Venice St. Wichita, KS 67205.
