29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(10):The employer shall ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warning are legible, in English, and prominently displayed on the container, or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift. Employers having employees who speak other languages may add the information in their language to the material presented, as long as the information is presented in English as well.  a) On or about 03/05/21, in the auto shop at the North Tonawanda Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership, located on 2020 Niagara Falls Boulevard in Tonawanda, New York, the employer did not ensure that two gallon sized containers on a work bench were labeled to identify their contents. Employees were exposed to hazards from mixing unknown chemicals and producing dangerous reactivity such as but not limited to: mixing transmission fluid with oxidizers (cleaning agents and disinfectants), as listed on the safety data sheet for transmission fluid.  NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
