29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) (a) Building 5 (500): On or about March 2, 2021, the working platform was not fully planked where an arrangement of six 2" x 6 " wooden planks were used as the working platform to hang drywall in an elevator shaft that was 9 ft long by 7 ft-7in wide, exposing employees to a 30 ft-9in fall hazard.
