29 CFR 1926.451(e)(2)(iii): When hook-on and attachable ladders were used on a supported scaffold more than 35 feet (10.7 m) high, they did not have rest platforms at 35-foot (10.7 m) maximum vertical intervals. West side of building: On or about March 2, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to a fall hazard while using an attachable ladder on a scaffold that extended more than 35 feet without having a rest platform.
