29 CFR 1910.28(b)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a runway or similar walkway is protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by a guardrail system: a) Great Falls Redi-Mix: On or about March 2, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet while utilizing walking working platforms between Silo #1 and Silo #2 without guardrails. b) Great Falls Redi-Mix: On or about March 2, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet while utilizing walking working platforms between Silo #2 and Silo #3 without guardrails. c) Great Falls Redi-Mix: On or about March 2, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet while utilizing walking working platforms without guardrails to access Silo #3. d) Great Falls Redi-Mix: On or about March 2, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet while utilizing walking working platforms without a mid-rail to access the Silo #2.
