29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  On or about March 8, 2021, in the east open field, employees worked on elevated 4' x 8' plywood platforms to nail 2' x 4' framing studs for concrete columns without the use of fall protection or a fall arrest system in the following instances:  a) Two employees were elevated by a JCB 510-56 (SN# 64291) Powered Industrial Truck, approximately 21 feet above the ground.  b) Two employees were elevated by a CAT TL642D (SN# ML801318) Powered Industrial Truck, approximately 23 feet above the ground.
