29 CFR  1910.27(a):  The employer did not ensure that scaffolds used in general industry meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds):  a. On or about March 8, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee changing messages on a storefront sign while raised over ten (10) feet above ground level on a wood pallet by the forks of a Yale ERP040 Electric Forklift, was not protected from falling, thereby exposing the employee to a fall of greater than 10 feet.  The scaffold (i.e., wood pallet attached to the forks of the forklift) did not meet the requirements of 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L.
