29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) Cabinet Restylers On or about March 4, 2021 at 419 E. 8th St. Ashland, OH: The employer did not ensure the Delta Table saw serial # 91153394 was operated with self-adjusting hood guard engaged. Employees tasked with operating the saw in this condition while cutting down 4'x8' sheets of wood into 1"x8" beveled edge molding strips were exposed to amputation hazards.

Employees tasked with operating the saw in this condition while ripping down 4'x8' sheets of wood into 1"x8" beveled edge molding strips were exposed to struck by hazards.
