29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1):Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.  a.    At the Cinemark theater under construction at 11567 Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville Florida, on March 5, 2021, and at times prior, 2 ironworker employees were exposed to a 29 feet high fall hazard from the edge of the west wing roof in that they were working without a fall protection system.  b.   At the Cinemark theater under construction at 11567 Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville Florida, on March 5, 2021, and at times prior, 2 ironworker employees were exposed to a 46 feet high fall hazard from the center top roof in that they were working without a fall protection system.
