Broad St. Philadelphia, PA - 19112: On March 4, 2021, an employee was admitted to the hospital as an in-patient for treatment of work-related incident upon exposure to an energized (480V) electrical control panel of an HVAC fan coil unit and falling approximately 5ft. from a ladder to the floor of the work site (kitchen of bldg. #543) and sustaining injuries that resulted in a 5-day hospital admission. The employer reported on the in-patient hospitalization on March 8, 2021. Noted on or about March 4, 2021.
