29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):   Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section.    a) Worksite, 35 Debevoise Avenue, Roosevelt NY : Employee is required to change a Pressure Seal inside Water Jet machine with numerous sources of energy such as, but not limited to, electric and pneumatic.   The employer did not develop, document and utilize Lockout/Tagout procedures to control hazardous energy; on or about 3/10/2021.   Note: The employer is required to  submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
