The outlet ampacity rating was exceeded. Employees were exposed to burns and electric shocks from overloaded equipment.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B): Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle supplied a total cord- and plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4: EMPLOYEE BREAK ROOM, OLD BARN: On or about March 16, 2021, a GE relocatable power tap was used to energize a Hamilton Beach microwave oven and an Oster 2-slice toaster. The microwave was rated at 1350 watts (11.25 amps) and the toaster was rated at 800 watts (6.67 amps). The power tap was rated for 15 amps. According to Table S-4, the maximum allowed load is 12 amps.
