29 CFR  1926.452(w)(9): Caster stems and wheel stems were not pinned or otherwise secured in scaffold legs or adjustment screws:  On or about March 9, 2021, in the sixth floor amenities room of a high-rise residential structure located at 4100 Island Boulevard in Aventura, Florida, an employee performing drywall compound finishing work was exposed to tip over hazards when using a mobile Baker's scaffold that had the caster/wheels held in place with light gauge tie wire and were not secured with pins provided by the scaffolds manufacturer.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):   On or about March 9, 2021, in the sixth floor amenities room of a high-rise residential structure located at 4100 Island Boulevard in Aventura, Florida, employees were using chemicals including but not limited to USG Easy Sand Joint Compound while the employer did not maintain the safety data sheets (SDS) for that products at the worksite.
