29 CFR 1926.452(w)(9): Caster stems and wheel stems were not pinned or otherwise secured in scaffold legs or adjustment screws: On or about March 9, 2021, in the sixth floor amenities room of a high-rise residential structure located at 4100 Island Boulevard in Aventura, Florida, an employee performing drywall compound finishing work was exposed to tip over hazards when using a mobile Baker's scaffold that had the caster/wheels held in place with light gauge tie wire and were not secured with pins provided by the scaffolds manufacturer.
