29 CFR 1926.50(c): At this job site, the employer did not have a person who was certified in first aid training (which includes Basic First Aid and CPR) available to render first aid. On or about March 9, 2021, an employee was performing roof work on a construction site in which a first-aid trained person was not readily available, exposing the worker to the hazard of delayed immediate life support services being administered.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. On or about March 9, 2021, and at times prior thereto, four employees were performing roofing operations without the use of a fall protection system, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet.
