29 CFR  1903.19(c)(1): Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section.   a) On or about March 9, 2021,  at the above addressed jobsite , employees performing siding removal accessed the porch using a staircase with more than four risers that was not equipped with at least one handrail along the open sides and edges, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately seven (7) feet six (6) inches. 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) On or about March 9, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing siding removal from the porch roof, seventeen (17) feet two (2) inches above the ground and the porch, with open sides and edges, seven (7) feet six (6) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
