The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated 5325 #2 Lone Star Parkway, San Antonio TX: On or about December 17, 2020, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to fall hazards while working in an elevated Genie S-40 aerial lift without the use and wear of a personal fall harness.
