29 CFR 1926.34(c):Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency: Worksite located at 4434 Washington St., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fire or other natural disaster hazards and were not provided a means of egress in and out of the building in case of an emergency such as a fire. The only unobstructed egress was on a ladder located south of building. Employees working on the north side of the building would be forced to climb the railings and jump down as many as 12' to the ground level.

Each story was not provided with a fire extinguisher adjacent to the stairway.
