29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or safety monitoring system: a) On March 11, 2021, employees performing roofing work on a flat commercial roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty (20) feet without fall protection.
