(l) Non - Overflows - On or about March 9, 2021 and at times prior thereto, the exit routes throughout the Non - Overflows were not clearly visible, this exposed employees to fire and smoke inhalation hazards.  (m) Fishway Galleries - On or about March 9, 2021 and at times prior thereto, the exit routes throughout the  Fishway Galleries were not clearly visible, this exposed employees to fire and smoke inhalation hazards.
