The US Army Corps of Engineers, The Dalles Dam, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR1910.159(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1453675, notice number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on 5/26/2020, with respect to a workplace located at The Dalles Dam.
