The employer required employees to wear N-95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents. b) Sayre Health Care Center, LLC located at 151 Keefer Lane, Sayre, PA 18840: On or about June 29, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees required to wear respirators were annually refitted. The employer required employees to wear N-95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected positive COVID-19 residents.
