29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about March 12, 2021, an employee was exposed to a struck by hazard while performing vinyl siding activities on a new residential home located at 560 Prestwick Path, Painesville, Ohio 44077. Employees were working on a ladder jack scaffold with tools and materials, above an employee who was cutting material and passing it up to the workers on the ladder jack scaffold, and the employer did not ensure the lower employee wore protective a helmet.
