29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) On or about 03/03/3021 - 7661 Highway 431, Albertville, AL, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet when the employer did not inspect the subcontractors on the jobsite for fall hazards such as, but not limited to, falls from scaffolds and falls from the roof.
