29 CFR  1926.252(a): An enclosed chute of wood, or equivalent material, was not used where materials were dropped more than 20 feet to points lying outside the exterior walls of the building(s):   a) Exterior of Building - Concrete deck - Side: Employees and other workers were exposed to struck by  hazards as pieces of drywall were thrown out the window on the 4th floor down to the dumpster on the ground without the use of any chute, on or about 03/11/21.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  a) Exterior Stairway to Concrete Deck - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 4 feet while accessing the concrete deck utilizing a wood stairway without any handrail, on or about 03/11/21.
