29 CFR 1926.252(a): An enclosed chute of wood, or equivalent material, was not used where materials were dropped more than 20 feet to points lying outside the exterior walls of the building(s): a) At or near 185-189 Broadway, Paterson NJ - Exterior of Building - Concrete deck - Side: Employees and other workers were exposed to struck by hazards as pieces of drywall were thrown out the window on the 3rd floor, 30 feet down to the dumpster on the ground without the use of any chute, on or about 03/11/21.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) At or near 185-189 Broadway, Paterson NJ - Exterior Stairway to Concrete Deck - Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 4 feet while accessing the concrete deck utilizing a wood stairway without a handrail and stairrail system on the open side, on or about 03/11/21.
