29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1):Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) On or about March 1, 2021 at 141 Felix Rd, Selma, AL: The employer failed to ensure the out feed side of the Baker 20 inch Auto Chop saw, Model No. BCO-O, Serial No. 19-504 was properly guarded to prevent inadvertent contact with the point-of-operation by the operator.
