29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or  more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line systems and safety net systems, or warning line systems and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems:  A) Paterniti Malena Construction, on or about March 12, 2021 at the address of 4102 West Lake Rd., Erie, PA: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of at least 10-feet while conducting roofing work on low slope roof with a roof pitch of 4:12. Roof work included but was not limited to installing a metal roof, tearing off, and roof deck work.  Employees were working on the roof without the benefits of any type of fall protection.
