Storage locations shall be provided with at least one approved portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20-B:C:  a) On or about 3/11/21, at the propane tank storage location of the site, Cheektowaga, NY. A 1000-gallon propane tank was not provided with a designated fire extinguisher because  the employer did not know where the fire extinguisher was located inside the building.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
