29 CFR  1910.110(b)(9)(vii)(b): For use inside buildings the hose was not of minimum practical length, but exceeded 6 feet except as provided in paragraph (c)(5)(i)(g) of this section and extended from one room to another, or passed through any walls, partitions, ceilings, or floors. Such hose was concealed from view or used in a concealed location. For use outside of buildings, the hose may exceed this length but was not kept as short as practical.   On or about March 12, 2021 and at times prior, at a trailer at the torch cutting yard, the hose that connected a heater and a liquified petroleum compressed gas (propane) cylinder was concealed below the trailer floor.  The hose passed through a floor opening to the outside of the trailer and exposed employees to fire hazards.
