29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:  a) This violation occurred on or about March 3, 2021, at a workplace located at 6825 Colonnade Dr., Irving, TX; where employees, who were working under construction activities, were not protected from head injuries by wearing hard hats.
