29 CFR 1910.263(g)(1): Mechanical feed moulder(s) were not provided with hoppers so designed and connected to the proofer as to prevent employee contact with in running rolls: a) Worksite, 2221 5th Avenue, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779: Employee's right hand got struck by moving parts inside the hopper of MIMAC Dosing-Dropping machine (Model - Maxidrop / Serial #062348); on or about 3/16/21. Note: In addition of abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this violation in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
