29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1):Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: a. 50 Court St., Flemington, NJ - Reading Fleming Intermediate School The employer did not ensure that guards were installed on table saws. Employees engaged in the installation of commercial windows used a DeWalt, Model DWE7491, table saw to rip plywood, that did not have a guard. Violation observed on or about March 17, 2021

An employee engaged in glazing activities climbed the rails of a JLG, 340AJ aerial lift for access into the building. Violation observed on or about March 17, 2021

An employee engaged in glazing activities used a JLG, Model 340AJ, aerial lift for access to the second floor windows and was not using and/or properly utilizing fall protection.
