29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Facility, 1603 Burtner Road, Natrona Heights, PA: On or about March 17, 2021 the employer did not have energy control procedures for employees to follow when performing service or maintenance of equipment such as, but not limited to: Bruder hydraulic presses, Airam machines, and Cathode end trim equipment.
