29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: On March 16, 2021, at this residential dwelling under construction, employees conducted stucco operations from a scaffold that was not fully planked. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 10 feet.
