One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc.    a. On or about March 19, 2021 and times prior, in the automatics department, the Les Bradner T17 threader did not have guards in place to prevent employee from reaching into moving parts.   b. On or about March 19, 2021 and times prior, in the automatics department, the Les Bradner T19 threader did not have guards in place to prevent employee from reaching into moving parts.  c.  On or about March 19, 2021 and times prior, in the brass department, the Dynapath threading machine did not have guards in place to prevent employees from reaching into the moving parts.
