29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Grounding. Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 �F (37.8 �C), shall not be dispensed into containers unless the nozzle and container are electrically interconnected. GWD, Ltd - 5000 Rhino Rd. - South Sioux City, NE Employer is failing to ensure that Acrylic Self-Leveling Sealant, a Class 1B flammable liquid, was transferred between containers that were properly electrically interconnected and grounded in the Production - Assembly and Vinyl Double Hung areas of the facility. This hazard was last observed on or about April 2, 2021.
