On the jobsite the employer allowed employees to dump from the 10th floor window approximately 60ft in the air without a chute in place. Hazard noted on or about 03/19/2021 Perdomo National Wrecking Co., LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.852(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1449981, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/03/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 58 Bluestone Drive Harrisonburg, Va 22807.
