On the jobsite the employer allowed employees to dump from the 10th floor window approximately 60ft in the air without a chute in place. A) 444 Hoes Lane Rt 18 Piscataway, NJ 08854 Building 4 Employees were dropping demolition materials out the 9th & 10th story window approximately 50-60ft above the ground level without the use of a chute.
