29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(C): Receptacles for uses other than temporary lighting were installed on branch circuits which supplied temporary lighting: a) Warrenton Army Training Center: On or about 03/19/2021, temporary lights were plugged into a receptacle outlet used to supply power to portable electrical tools and equipment. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) Warrenton Army Training Center, MDC#1: On or about 03/19/2021, fall protection was not provided for an employee required to install electrical conduit while on the roof, as a result was exposed to a 13' fall hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
