OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard when standing in the bucket of a Wheel Loader:  a) On March 17, 2021 an employee was standing in an elevated bucket of a Volvo Front Loader-Model: L70H, Serial#: VCEOL70HEOS622488 so that he could cover a stack of hay bales with a tarp. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet.  NOTE) Abatement certification is required for this item.
