On 03-07-2021, a butcher was not provided with a wire mesh apron or equivalent and accidentally stabbed himself in the femoral artery while deboning meat.

Location: 12 New London Road Salem, CT On 03-07-2021, the employer did not assure medical treatment via an infirmary, clinic, hospital, or that an adequately trained employee was available to treat a seriously injured employee. The employee stabbed himself in the femoral artery while deboning meat and had to wait 12 minutes until medical personnel arrived .
