There were storage racks outside the facility near the garage door closest to the pharmaceutical section where vehicles parked directly in front of them and no barriers were in place to prevent physical damage.    (b) Facility, 401 Bingham Street, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about March 23, 2021 a cart containing empty and full LP-gas containers used for the forklifts was stored at the garage door entrance and was not protected from physical damage.
