29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(i):Portable LP-Gas containers in storage were not located so as to minimize exposure to excessive temperature rise, physical damage, or tampering by unauthorized persons: (a) Facility, 401 Bingham Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about March 23, 2021 portable LP-gas containers in storage were not located as to minimize exposure to physical damage or tampering. There were storage racks outside the facility near the garage door closest to the pharmaceutical section where vehicles parked directly in front of them and no barriers were in place to prevent physical damage. (b) Facility, 401 Bingham Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about March 23, 2021 a cart containing empty and full LP-gas containers used for the forklifts was stored at the garage door entrance and was not protected from physical damage.
