1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) At the VA Hospital - 2nd Floor, Building 202 located at 2250 Leestown Road, in Lexington, KY: On or about March 23, 2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to construction hazards, in that the employer did not identify and correct several hazards at the worksite the prior to the morning of the inspection.
