29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: Worksite located at 97 NE 97th St., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working in the building in that the stairway leading to the 2nd and 3rd stories were not provided with a handrail to prevent employees from falling to the ground.
