OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards.  a) Employees were exposed to fall hazards when standing on pallets that had been attached to the tines of an electric pallet stacker.  Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 6 - 12 feet.  Note - Abatement certification is required for this item.

1910.37(a)(3) Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) On March 22, 2021 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that aisle ways were kept in an orderly fashion in that multipole pallets of merchandise measuring approximately 4 - 6 feet tall and 6x6 feet wide were set in the aisles.
