The employer did not have in writing evidence that such a survey was performed.  (a) jobsite located at 160 E. Hillendale Rd. Kennett Square, PA -19348: The employer did not ensure that an engineering survey was conducted prior to demolition activities conducted on buildings previously used for mushroom houses, thereby exposing employees to  a possible unplanned collapse of the structure resulting in struck-by hazards.
