1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special handtools for placing and removing material(s) shall be such as to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: a. Production Floor - On or about March 15, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized the special hand tool that had been provided by the employer to adjust misaligned steel coils during normal production at the Bradbury 12 Gauge Rollformer machine.
