29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) At 6201 James Drive, Imperial, Missouri - on or about March 24, 2021, an employee of Budget Contracting, LLC was engaged in residential construction activities, approximately 10 feet above a lower level, without utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a person fall arrest system. The employee was observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing him to a fall to a concrete surface below.
