29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3):Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: a. 1255 Magie Ave., Union, NJ - Liberty Place, Building A The employer did not ensure that scaffolds and scaffold components were inspected prior to use. The employee engaged in drywall taping activities was working from a mobile scaffold that was planked using 2X12 lumber. While positioning on the scaffold, the board snapped, causing the employee to fall and catch her arm. Violation occurred on or about March 23, 2021

An employee engaged in drywall taping activities, fell 4 feet from a mobile scaffold causing injuries which resulted in overnight hospitalization. Violation occurred on or about March 23, 2021
